Ecwid’s docs say clean URLs on a custom website require both store-page code changes and server rewrite support. Squarespace may not fully support the needed server rewrite rules, so this may improve navigation but still may not fully remove #! in every case. 
After saving, hard refresh and test:
https://underworldgenetix.com/store
If it still shows:
/store#!/
then Squarespace is likely blocking full Ecwid clean URLs. At that point your best SEO option is Ecwid Instant Site on a subdomain like:
shop.underworldgenetix.com
